Be passionate.

There are dreams, then there are goals, and finally there is passion. Dreaming is the "want" stage. Goals are the "planning" stage. And finally, passion is the "launch" stage.
Focus is difficult with all the distractions around us. It's easy to let distractions deter us. Staying focused is critical to maintaining the fire of passion.
