Look Ahead

There is a reason the windshield in a car is so large compared to the rearview mirror. It gives us a gigantic view of all the possibilities ahead of us. More importantly, it helps us to see the road ahead and everything coming toward us. The mirror is small so we don't lose focus on the road. The past is behind us and if it distracts us, we will run off the road and have a wreck.

Stay focused on the road ahead, not the one behind you. It's okay to enjoy the scenery and to stop and enjoy life along the way. If you make a wrong turn, then you should look back, see where you made your mistake and get back on the right road.

So look ahead, keep going and almost never look back.
