Who are you?

Grant Cardone, in his book 10X, says there are four types of people you will meet at work, or in life.

The first type just doesn't care, or they aren't interested. They come to work, do as little as possible, and will eventually get fired.

The second type shows up to work, does their job, but runs away from accepting more responsibility.

The third type does their job. They put a little extra effort into it, but not enough to get ahead. They plug along with low goals and low motivation.

The fourth type comes to work and accomplishes more by lunch than everyone else will all week. They put in ten times the effort and get ten times the results. They are the superstars.

We all have something we are passionate about. Are you putting ten times the effort into your passion? If you are not putting in the work, the sweat, or the effort, then it may not be your passion. It may be time for a change.

Who are you? What's your passion? Put more thought, planning and effort into it. We often have to try several things before we find our passion. You can do this.

Have a great week, everyone!
